Payment Terms
At STV Jute Fibre, we strive to provide a seamless and secure payment process for our customers. Please review our payment terms to understand the available methods, policies, and conditions for transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience for our customers:
- Bank Transfer (T/T) – Secure wire transfer for domestic and international payments.
- Letter of Credit (L/C) – Available for bulk and wholesale orders upon agreement.
- PayPal – Fast and secure transactions for eligible customers.
- Western Union & MoneyGram – Accepted for smaller transactions.
- Other Payment Methods – Available upon request and mutual agreement.
2. Payment Currency
All transactions are processed in USD ($), BDT (৳), EUR (€), GBP (£), or other agreed currencies based on the order and location.
3. Payment Terms for Orders
- For Small Orders: 100% advance payment is required before processing.
- For Bulk Orders:
- 50% advance payment upon order confirmation.
- Remaining 50% before shipment or upon submission of required shipping documents.
- For Letter of Credit (L/C) Transactions: L/C must be issued at sight, irrevocable, and confirmed by a recognized bank.
4. Invoicing & Payment Confirmation
- Once an order is placed, a Proforma Invoice (PI) will be issued with payment details.
- Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.
- A final invoice will be provided upon shipment.
5. Late Payments & Order Delays
- Orders with unpaid balances may be subject to delays or cancellation.
- Late payments may incur penalties as per the agreed terms.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before payment processing with no penalty.
- Once payment is made, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, except in cases of defective or unavailable products.
7. Dispute Resolution
If there are any payment disputes, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve issues fairly and efficiently.
